It is suitable for those new to meditation and those who already have some experience.\nNegative patterns of mind can block our creative potential and prevent us waking up to our true expansive nature. These five days together will involve a mixture of meditation, time for individual and group creative exploration, periods of silent contemplation and space to just enjoy being in the natural nurturing environment that is the Wangapeka.\nThe retreat facilitators are committed to a style of facilitating which values collaboration.
