DESCRIPTION:Friday 5th August at 5pm – Sunday 7th August 2pm 2022\nThis retreat has been CANCELLED. If you have registered, you will be refunded.\nIn this nourishing earth-based retreat we will be studying geometry, crystallography and the elements. Crystals and gems have attracted human kind across millennia; the colour, translucence and forms of these precious materials speak to us of beauty and transformation.\nThrough the exploration of space, shape and ground we will rediscover specific forms that can act as depth symbols when placed in a meditation context.\nHow do we retain a sense of stability in uncertain times? Through conscious questioning and open minded curiosity we will look at how we, as individuals, relate to the whole and how we are all deeply interconnected.\nComplementing formal meditation practice will be art exercises, working with colour on paper and also in 3D.
