With Jonathan Chambers
Friday 19th to Sunday 21st August
This retreat has been postponed – possibly to later in this year.
Description
A weekend meditation retreat where we will ease into the wonders of natural awakening, using the breath as our guide.
Suitable for everyone – from beginners wanting to ‘take the plunge’ and learn how to meditate, through to seasoned practitioners seeking an opportunity to reinvigorate their practice.
Formal group sessions will include guided meditation and related teachings as well as gentle embodiment practice, with plenty of opportunity for Q&A. In between formal sessions there will be opportunity for self practice, creative exploration, and to simply connect with nature and enjoy being at Wangapeka. After a settling in period we will enter ‘noble silence’ to help support everyone in getting the most out of the weekend.
