Chimé Shore at Wangapeka Easter 2026
April 1-10, 2026
Chimé Shore will be leading a retreat at Wangapeka next year!
The retreat dates include the long Easter weekend of 2026.
Note the dates of 1 – 10 April for your diary.
Programme
Lama Chimé will be teaching on the “Meaning of Mindfulness “. With sits, talks and discussions. Within this view, the foundations of mindfulness might be thought of as mental health and cultivating meaningful peace.
As well as participants attending the retreat, Chimé has indicated that others are welcome to come to Wangapeka on Easter Saturday and Sunday (4th & 5th April). Saturday 4th will be a teaching on the Namgyal Sadhana, and Sunday 5th will be the wongkur.
Please Read this if you are considering attending
At this stage it is unknown whether accommodation can be offered to the weekend visitors, who may need to drive up each day if they wish to attend both days.
To this end, it would be extremely helpful in planning Chimé’s visit, to know how many people would like to attend the whole retreat (1-10 April), and how many would like to attend one or both days of the weekend (4-5 April).
Please email the Course Manager Graham Price graham.price@wangapeka.org with an indication of your intentions for attending the retreat and/or the weekend.
