Dancing from the Heart of Loving Kindness

With Kataraina Walker and Kath Mitchell
Friday 24th July 5pm to Sunday 26th July 3pm

In this weekend retreat, we will explore how to cultivate Loving Kindness, Compassion,  Joy and Peace through gentle moving and seated meditations. This will be a silent retreat where you allow yourself, and each other, time to be quiet in our safely created spaces.

Kataraina will lead us in the dances of the sacred feminine.  We will move our bodies, to express prayers of aspiration, to reveal our natural, warm and open hearts.

Kath will offer the heart-centred Loving Kindness meditation and the creative meditation on the Four Immeasurables:  Loving Kindness, Compassion, Joy and Peace. These practices are nourishing, healing and enlivening. They help us deepen our connection with these precious qualities that are already within us.

All are welcome to come to this retreat as it is suitable for beginners and those with experience.

Her philosophy that we all enter this world as lovers of movement, underpins her teaching methods to encourage each of her students to trust the journey of unfolding to the music and guided movements.  She has taught people from all walks of life, ages and abilities and loves to share her joy, that through dance, we can experience our mind, body and soul in harmony.

She feels privileged to be offering these profound Moving Meditations

Kath Mitchell
