Dowsing And The Direct Path, with Tony Shuttleworth

Friday, August 2nd (5pm) to Sunday, August 4th (3pm), 2024

A compassionate and non-dual approach to living now

“Duality is the real root of our suffering and of all our conflicts” Namkhai Norbu

Often our relationship to the environment is overlooked in our search for health, wellbeing and healing. And whilst the natural world supports and nurtures life through its interconnectedness, there are patterns that can block the very freedom, peace and healing we seek for ourselves, others and the planet.

We will begin any dowsing from a non-dual perspective, by going back directly to the essence of our true nature – The Direct Path. When we start dowsing from this foundation it gives us the opportunity to connect and listen to nature while deepening our awareness and compassion, allowing the opportunity for patterns to clear or come into harmony for the benefit of all.

Tony facilitates this understanding in a safe, compassionate and lighthearted manner with a commonsense and experiential approach relevant to living in today’s world. This retreat can be a powerful experience for liberation. There will be meditation, satsang and plenty of time for dowsing with te whenua. No previous experience of dowsing, meditation or non-dual understanding is required to attend.

“Your own Self-Realisation is the greatest service you can render the world.” Sri Ramana Maharshi

About Tony Shuttleworth

Born in 1970 in the deep south of New Zealand, Tony spent most of his early life on a small farm. As a young boy he discovered dowsing with his grandfather. He has used this skill to explore and deepen his relationship with whenua and tangata all around the world, helping others and himself to understand the energies we live with and how we can live in harmony with them.

In his twenties he travelled extensively, living and working overseas, met his wife in the USA, has two young adult children, and now lives in Motueka, New Zealand. Tony has a construction and interior design background as well as the many skills he has acquired while seeking different teachings and healing modalities over the years. The I Ching, Dowsing and the non-dual Vedic and Kashmir Shivaism teachings have had the most profound impact on him personally.

He has facilitated workshops in the USA and NZ, endeavouring to contribute a compassionate, lighthearted approach to his offerings.

About dana

The costs do not include any payment for the teacher who is offering the weekend on the basis of dana (generosity). An offering of dana to the teacher can be a profound practice in itself.
