Wisdom, Compassion & Non-clinging Awareness
A retreat with Tarchin Hearn
Friday Feb 12 @ 5:00 pm – Thursday Feb 25 @ 2:00 pm
Meaningful living begins with an intuition,
life, as vast-mystery-unfolding,
birthing the deeply compelling question;
how to live well in the midst of this dancing of everything and everyone.
Clarifying this natural state of being,
radical interconnectivity, creative and constantly dynamic.
Cultivating skills in primordial contemplation,
complete attunement and skilful engagement.
Discovering no-name sanity.
The ancients might have called this Primordial Dharma.
Continuously transient, extravagantly creative,
competently and confidently home.
The retreat will be a precious opportunity to pause and refresh and re-evaluate everything. Day by day, inviting a flow of contemplation, meditation, discussion and movement while living with, and on the land, we will explore the meeting point of mindfulness and deep ecology and our place in the world.
Teacher, author and artist, Tarchin draws on the fruits of a life-long involvement with Buddhist philosophy and practice, and a passion for contemplative ecological science. Further information about Tarchin is on this website wangapeka.org/tarchin-hearn and more details about his work can be found at www.greendharmatreasury.org
