With Leander Kane
Feb 1, 2022 – Feb 9, 2022

An exploration to open to and bring forward our Innate wisdom through embodiment

Tuesday 1st February 6pm until Wednesday 9th February late afternoon, 2022

Using movement sequences we bring qualities forth and then, resting in the felt sense of the newness, we name them.

Embodied uprightness has a felt sense of strength and confidence and presence. We can actually bring this forward in daily life—perhaps in a difficult situation.

Embodied open-heartedness has the felt sense of the spacious openness of interbeing.

Filled with generosity and the glow of love, we bring this forward to our children, or simply rest in it.

Become empowered by this natural sense of presence crafted by movement in everyday life.  It embraces our ordinariness and our extra-ordinariness.
