The Gift of a Quiet Mind with Sister Shalom
The Gift of a Quiet Mind
1 – 4 November 2019
In the busy world we live in, a quiet, clear mind is a gift. Come and join us for some practical mindfulness tools and techniques that will help you still your mind. A quiet mind helps you have better clarity and an improved ability to respond to life with wisdom and compassion, rather than reacting out of our old habits.
This three-day retreat also gives you an opportunity to refresh and recharge.
Sister’s teachings are gentle and based in the everyday world.
If you haven’t been to retreats before, be reassured that this one is an easy one to join. We are only silent overnight (from 9pm until after breakfast) and teachings are based on a supportive and nourishing approach.
No matter what your experience is, you are welcome to attend.
