The Way of Harmony through Mindfulness and Movement
There’s calm in the eye of the storm; a refuge within the easeful flow of our own breathing.
Spend four days focused on the satisfying practice of easeful mindfulness. Mindfulness of breath and body, combined with simple movement exercises, can clear our minds, bring peace to our bodies, with long-lasting results. Along with mindfulness sessions, there will be opportunities for river swims, forest walks and your own quiet time.
Reconnect with nature, your body, and let go of stress. Learn positive skills that can transform your life.
Silananda has been a student of Ven. Namgyal Rinpoché’s teachings since 1976 and has studied with many wise teachers. He has also been studying Aikido since 1990 and has taught for the last fifteen years. Silananda’s teachings combine traditional Buddhist wisdom with Aikido exercises and mindfulness through movement, walking and swimming.
