Over labour weekend we had a successful working bee at the Centre. Projects tackled included painting the Hay Shed, cleaning the pagoda and cool store, maintenance of the stream track, rat-proofing of Omahu, defrosting the freezers, and lots of little painting and gardening jobs. It was great to have some workers who were new to the Wangapeka, as well as some familiar faces. Thanks to everyone for your enthusiasm and hard work!
